The yoke adopts 120 oriented silicon steel sheet of WISCO or Baosteel. After processing, the silicon steel sheet is cut and assembled into an arc shape to ensure that the coil and the yoke are in arc-shaped contact, precisely coupled, and evenly distributed along the circumference, providing maximum pressure to the coil and ensuring a long working life of the furnace lining. The gasket between the yoke and the coil is made of multi-layer high-quality insulating materials, including multi-layer mica board and multi-layer ceramic fiber board.

The air-cooled yoke is our superior product. The advanced water-free cooling design adopts natural air cooling method, and there is no hidden trouble of water leakage. In addition, the number of hose joints of the waterless yoke is half of that of the conventional yoke, which improves the maintenance efficiency.
