To ensure that the coils meet our strict quality standards, we conduct extensive testing. Compared with traditional coils, rodless coils have huge advantages in terms of electrical efficiency, structural strength, and dielectric strength.
1) The rodless coil adopts advanced horizontal winding technology, the coil turns are closely consistent and mutually supported, the overall structure is firm, and it will not be deformed after long-term use;
2) Porcelain insulation treatment: Rodless coil adopts advanced porcelain insulation treatment technology, high insulation strength, which can effectively avoid high-voltage ignition of the coil;
3) The traditional water-cooling coil is cancelled, and the rodless coil is wound by an oxygen-free copper tube into a single piece without segments. All coils are effective coils, which maximizes the electrical efficiency;
4) The insulating sheet is evenly implanted between the turns of the rodless coil, and the arc-shaped insulating sheet between turns can ensure the uniform spacing of the wires and is conducive to the discharge of moisture inside the coil;
5) The rodless coil water main pipeline adopts double protection of pressure and temperature to ensure that the water flow and temperature in the pipeline meet the design requirements. When there is water shortage and the water flow is not smooth, the power supply is immediately protected;
6) Customized function: leaking furnace probe: the inner wall of the coil is evenly implanted with a leaking furnace induction probe, which can monitor the leaking furnace more effectively.
